1. Website Use
The Nexo EV website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You may use this website to explore our electric scooters, products, features, specifications, pricing and related services.
You must not misuse websites, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality or use any content for unlawful purposes.

However, product designs, colours, specifications, features, accessories and availability may change or vary without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes and actual electric vehicles or products may have minor differences.
3. Vehicle Performance
Any information regarding electric bike speed, battery range, charging time or performance is based on standard or estimated conditions.
Actual performance may vary depending on factors including:
- Rider and passenger weight

- Riding style and speed
- Weather and temperature
- Tyre pressure and vehicle load

4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise mentioned.
Nexo EV reserves the right to change prices, promotional offers, discounts and product availability without prior notice. The final applicable price will be the price confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.
5. Orders and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry, booking request or order through a website, WhatsApp, telephone, dealership or any other communication channel does not automatically confirm the order.
An order will be considered confirmed after required information, payment and availability have been verified by Nexo EV or its authorized representative.
Nexo EV reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6. Payments
Customers are responsible for making payments using payment methods approved by Nexo EV.
Any advance payment, booking amount, installment or remaining balance must be paid according to terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Customers should retain their invoice, receipt, or other proof of payment for future reference.
7. Delivery
Any delivery date or estimated delivery time provided by Nexo EV is an estimate and may be affected by product availability, transportation delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information. The customer should inspect the vehicle or product at the time of delivery and promptly report any visible issue.
8. Cancellation, Return and Exchange
Cancellation, return, refund or exchange requests will be considered according to Nexo EV’s applicable policies and the condition of the product.
Customers must contact Nexo EV before returning any vehicle, accessory, part or other product.
Products that have been damaged, modified, misused or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange. Detailed return, exchange and refund conditions may be provided separately where applicable.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order or inquiry.
The customer is also responsible for using purchased vehicle or product according to the manufacturer’s instructions and intended purpose.
Any modification or use outside the recommended specifications is done at the customer’s own responsibility.
10. Safe and Legal Use
Customers and riders are responsible for operating Nexo EV vehicles safely and responsibly.
The rider must comply with all applicable traffic laws, road regulations, licensing requirements, registration requirements, age restrictions, helmet requirements, and other relevant regulations in their area.
Nexo EV will not be responsible for penalties, fines, accidents, or losses resulting from unlawful or unsafe use of a vehicle.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Nexo EV may update or modify these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
Any changes will become effective once the revised Terms & Conditions are published on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
