Nexo Nine 1500W vs SU7 2000W: Which One Should You Buy?

Two scooters, PKR 25,000 apart, and the same 36-month battery warranty. We sell both, so we have no reason to push you either way. Here is how the Nine 1500W and the SU7 2000W actually differ on the road, and a simple way to decide in under a minute.

Nine vs SU7: Which Should You Buy? — Nexo EV

The short version

Buy the Nine 1500W (PKR 255,000) if you mostly ride alone, on mostly flat roads, and want the longest range and lowest cost per kilometre. Buy the SU7 2000W (PKR 280,000) if you regularly carry a passenger, climb flyovers or hills, want a 70 km/h top speed, or value a battery you can lift out and charge indoors.

Where the Nine wins

  • Range: 130–140 km per charge against the SU7's 120 km. For a 30 km commute that is a charge every four days instead of three.
  • Cost per km: the smaller 32Ah pack and lighter body make it the cheapest Nexo to run — about PKR 0.81 per km.
  • Price: PKR 25,000 less. For a student or a first EV, that gap matters.
  • Nimbleness: 400 mm wide with a 1300 mm wheelbase — easier in bazaar traffic and tight parking.

Where the SU7 wins

  • Power: 2000W and 95–105 Nm of torque. With two adults on board the difference at a green light is obvious.
  • Load: 220 kg rating versus 180 kg, plus a 730 mm seat and backrest. This is the Nexo for families and pillion commutes.
  • Hills: 25° gradeability versus 20°. Flyovers, ramps and hilly towns are easier.
  • Speed: 70 km/h versus 55–60 km/h for longer inter-city stretches.
  • Swappable battery: lift it out and charge in a flat or office, or keep a spare pack for delivery work.
  • Tyres: 12-inch tubeless on alloy rims — more composed on broken roads.

Three real riders, three answers

The delivery rider. Either works, and the choice comes down to habit. The Nine's range and lower cost per km suit riders who charge at home every night. The SU7's swappable battery suits riders who want to keep a charged spare and never stop mid-shift. Both have generous under-seat storage.

The family commuter. SU7. Dropping a child at school, then a spouse at work, then yourself — that is a two-up scooter's job, and the 220 kg rating and long seat are built for it.

The student or solo office commuter. Nine. Longest range, lowest running cost, easiest to park, and PKR 25,000 saved.

Things that are the same

Both use Phylion lithium packs, both charge in 4–5 hours from any 220V socket, both have dual disc brakes, LED headlights, NFC card unlock, remote anti-theft alarm, cruise control, reverse mode and a digital display. Both come with the same warranty: 36 months battery, 24 months motor, 18 months controller. And both come in five colours — the SU7 adds Orange.

Note: Still torn? Every Nexo store keeps both on the floor. Ride them back to back — it's the quickest way to know.
